| The Lake Erie Lightning girls Amateur Athletic
Union basketball club was established in 1998. The intent
of the club is to improve the quality of girls basketball played
in the Monroe County Region. Athletes between the ages of
10-17 are given the opportunity to improve and develop their basketball
skills and knowledge in a fun and sportsmanlike atmosphere.
The Lake Erie Lightning girls basketball club is a member
of the A.A.U. and will be competing statewide in A.A.U. sanctioned
tournaments. A.A.U. member teams represent the highest
level of competition against the best athletes available. |
